What is getting coached?

Want to get faster? Want to get fit? Do you need a little help in hitting your endurance goals? Working with a coach might be the step you need to hit those targets. You and your goals require a personal plan that is built around you. A plan that fits your life and is adaptable to you as an individual, with direct communication to your coach. How it works

An onboarding conversation lets you decide what works for you, what your goals are defined as, and how the process unfolds for you.

Once we both know your goals and expectations, we can begin to develop a plan to meet them around your work, life, and commitments.

During the first few weeks we will define your current fitness, so we can build you up to where you want to be. This will set the scientific and data driven parameters we’ll use to measure your progress, strengths and weaknesses, and the zones in which you will spend your training time to maximize your time and fitness. Based on your commitment model, this plan will move as you progress and be given to you in 2-3 week blocks so that we can focus on the short-term and plan for the workouts based on your other commitments.

As an athlete in this program, you’ll be individualized and helped throughout the journey to the finish line. Ask questions and become a constant learner about the sport, yourself, and let us help you in your drive to meet your goals.

Become a RAD athlete

Are you ready to be the best version of yourself? To find out if RAD Endurance Training is the right coaching option for you, consider the levels of membership and answer the brief questions below so that I can learn about you and we can find the right plan for you and your goals. Peak: One on One Endurance Coaching

$250-$300 per month + One time $25 onboarding fee

  • Open access to a coach

    • Scheduled calls, daily emails, text message, video conferencing

  • Unlimited guidance on the execution of your plan, training and race targets, tech set-up and use, and more

  • A custom training plan delivered to you with constant analysis and needed adjustment

  • One-time swim analysis

  • TrainingPeaks Premium discounts

Build: Endurance Training Plan

$200-$275 per month + One time $25 onboarding fee

  • Customized training plan based around your A and B race dates

  • Weekly access to your coach for guidance and adjustment of your training plan via email, scheduled call, or TrainingPeaks

  • Monthly video conference

  • TrainingPeaks Premium discounts

Base: Universal Training Plan

$50 per month + One time $25 onboarding fee

  • A basic and easy to follow plan designed around your specific needs

  • Based on the time to your target A and B races, the plan will follow a typical periodization model and then become more specific leading up to the race date.

  • Any access to the coach for adjustment requires subscription to another level of coaching or a coach consultation charge.
